The beautiful San Angel Inn Restaurant in Mexico City, Mexico is an experience for your eyes just as much as your taste buds.
The grounds of the restaurant have a deeply seeded history that has been cherished and upheld over the years. While it’s now a renowned restaurant, it was originally built to be a Carmelite monastery and dates back to 1692.
It wasn’t until 1963 that a group of investors came together to create the “Antiguo San Angel Inn” restaurant.
