  • We’ll schedule a 60-minute call over Zoom or phone where we’ll determine what you’re looking to get out of your dream trip to Mexico, and which location would be the perfect match for your visit. 
  • Already have your flight and hotel booked? No problem, we'll discuss your wish list of items for your vacation and discuss how we can make those dreams happen.
  • Once you purchase this service, we'll send you a Calendly link with a questionnaire so you can book at your own convenience.
  • Please make sure to come prepared with questions to make the most of your time with us.

    • After the call, we'll send receive access to our travel guides, which includes suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and activities.
  • Once you've submitted payment for our travel itinerary service, we'll send you a link to schedule your follow up consulting call where we'll go over the itinerary we developed for you.

Interested in having us plan the entire trip? 

  • For this service, we require a minimum of 6 people and 5 nights per location. Our starting rate for group travel planning is $4500 per person, which typically includes hotel {we get exclusive discounted rates}, activities, and restaurant reservations. This style of planning does not include flights or travel insurance which is required.

First time visiting Mexico?

  • We recommend booking a trip to Oaxaca, San Miguel de Allende, or Mexico City!


We have a 24-hour window for canceling or rescheduling calls.

While we do offer travel consultations for all Mexico-related travel questions, this year we're only offering custom itineraries for the following cities:

  • Taxco

    We are excited to now offer flat-rate shipping. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for fulfillment and arrival. Orders for in-stock items (a.k.a. non pre-orders) will ship out same day if placed before 12p EST. 

    Our shop hours are Monday - Friday 11 a.m. -7 p.m.., which means orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will go out the following day. Orders placed Sunday will be fulfilled on Wednesday. For more details, see below.

    Pick Up Orders: For local customers based in Brooklyn, pick-up is available at checkout at no additional charge. If you are charged shipping at checkout, send us an email and we will refund you the shipping cost. Pick-up is available during business hours Monday - Sunday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. If you have any questions about your order, please email orders@mexicoinmypocket.com and we’d be happy to help!

    Additional Shipping Costs: 

    • Pre-Orders: If you pre-order an item with other items and you want them shipped earlier, you will be invoiced additional shipping costs. To make this special request, add a note to your order and we will invoice you the additional costs.
    • Due to the weight of glassware, if you order more than 2 sets of glasses, you will be invoiced separately for additional shipping costs. For this product, please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment and fulfillment.

    All online sales are final, except for clothing and shoes. All discounted items are FINAL SALE, including clothing and shoes.

    We do not accept returns, but if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, please email us. We always strive to make it right and pride ourselves on customer service. 

    Returning clothes and/or shoes

    We do not accept returns, or exchanges, except for clothing and shoes. For clothing and shoes, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    *Exclusions apply. We reserve the right to reject a return if we believe the item has been worn.

    Return process

    If you would like to return or exchange clothing or shoes, A USPS return label will be automatically generated. *Please Note: The shipping cost of the return label will be deducted from your return total. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at orders@mexicoinmypocket.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at orders@mexicoinmypocket.com.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
