The Company respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This includes information provided at the time when you subscribe to the Website, post material in any portion of the Website, apply for Membership and, if applicable, purchase Membership and create a member profile (“Member Profile”) in the members-only portions of the Website (the “Member Portal”) or request further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Website.

  • Information Captured via Communications and Transactions. If you contact us by phone, email, instant message, live chat, social media, through the Website or by some other means, we may keep a record of your Personal Information and the correspondence. You do not have to share this information with us, but without it you may not be able to access certain features or participate in certain aspects of the Services. You can help us maintain the accuracy of your Personal Information by updating your Member Profile. Please update your account when you change your email address, address, phone number, or payment information.

  • Billing Information. When you wish to purchase a product or service, including Membership, you will be required to provide certain Personal Information in order to process payment. Such information may include your name, your company name, email address, phone number, debit card number or credit card number, expiration date, activation codes, and similar information (the “Billing Information”) We store a limited portion of your credit card information in a manner that is generally permitted by credit card issuers. Although we will have access to the Billing Information, it will also be collected and processed by our third-party payment vendors pursuant to the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. Children Under the Age of 13

Our Services are not intended users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under the age of 13, do not provide any Personal Information to us.  If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
