Orders for in-stock items (non-pre-orders) placed before 5:00 p.m. EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.
We currently pack and ship orders Tuesday through Sunday. Because our shipping carrier does not offer pickups on Sundays or Mondays, orders placed on Sunday will begin transit on Tuesday.

Pick-Up Orders
For local customers based in Brooklyn, pick-up is available at checkout at no additional charge. If you are charged shipping at checkout, send us an email and we will refund the shipping cost.
Pick-up is available during our regular business hours. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed before arriving for pickup.

We'll email you an invoice for the additional shipping cost, and once it's paid, we'll ship your in-stock items right away. Your pre-order items will ship separately as soon as they arrive.
