The sunsets in Oaxaca are the best in Mexico, which is why we designed a cocktail that could elicit the memories and feelings of a beautiful Oaxacan sunset.
All of the unique colors in the sky––which we pay tribute to in this beverage––reminds us of the experiences from Guelaguetza, a traditional Oaxacan festival that begins in the month of July.
While the pineapple provokes memories of the regional dances of Tuxtepec.
The blending of mezcal, which is native to Oaxaca, combined with the freshness of mint leaves us astonished at every sip, just like a Oaxacan sunset.¡Salud!
