Sugar Skull Candle {4x4}
These Mexican church candles are a centuries-old tradition. Made by pouring hot layers of paraffin over cotton wicks and stamped with gold foil. These candles have been used and are still used to grace church altars and to illuminate homes for fiestas in Mexico.

- The warm color is achieved by melting amber (crystallized tree sap).

Care Instructions:
- Please remember to cut the wicks before burning.
- Trim wicks to 1/8 inch before each time you light the candle.
- Candles may smoke slightly.
- These candles are not dripless candles.
- Never leave the candles unattended.
- When burning indoors, please keep them away from air vents, ceiling fans, and flammable objects.

Our shop hours are Monday - Friday 11 a.m. -7 p.m.., which means orders placed after 11 a.m. EST will go out the following day. Orders placed Sunday will be fulfilled on Wednesday. For more details, see below.
Pick Up Orders: For local customers based in Brooklyn, pick-up is available at checkout at no additional charge. If you are charged shipping at checkout, send us an email and we will refund you the shipping cost. Pick-up is available during business hours Monday - Sunday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. Return process
If you would like to return or exchange clothing or shoes, A USPS return label will be automatically generated. *Please Note: The shipping cost of the return label will be deducted from your return total. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@mexicoinmypocket.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at orders@mexicoinmypocket.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
