What is a Day of the Dead Ofrenda and How is It Prepared?

Today in Mexico, we celebrate this tradition known as Día de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) on November 1 and 2. The first day is reserved to celebrate deceased children and the second day is used to remember adults.

The special guest are our ancestors because we believe that death cannot reach us as long as there is someone who remembers us.
